You were there from the beginning. We brought in nothing but professionals. Obviously, the New York Post, Rupert Murdoch, they understood the risks they were taking. They had the top team of lawyers, forensic analysis. They had the best people image oh Morris. They had Miranda the great Miranda Divine. Walk me through as we roll this thing out with the New York Post given all the research we had done, the bald-faced lies of Joe Biden, the people around him and now we know the pressure, they were putting on Twitter and how Twitter Executives who Basically criminally culpable for this criminally culpable how they reacted, sir.

You know it's insane. Steve, you know, the post-Miranda Define especially did a phenomenal job in the aftermath. But in those first days after you and I Rudy Jack McPhee, once we had the laptop and brought people in to get into it and go through it and confirm that these were the real email. You know, the other thing there were real photos.

They were real photos. Those weren't Photoshop photos in that laptop.  You know everybody said we were full of it.  Everybody said we were lying. Everybody said it was nothing there, you know, Rudy and I think it was October 21st, 2020, Rudy and I personally drove to Delaware, went to Delaware together, walked into the Delaware police, handed over a copy of the laptop and told them there is child endangerment sexual things on that on that laptop that they should be aware of and they need to investigate.  I want to know where that investigation. I want to know where that investigation went because it to my understanding it went nowhere.

Hang on for a second. This is so important. You guys went down there and here's the reason, and by the way, every document, I was brought in for the CCP part because I'm an expert in these Chinese Communist Party companies and what they what they try to do to infiltrate Capitol Hill, Wall Street, etc. The documents were 100% true, you could see it right there and we had it verified. There was no question.

The intelligence guys knew that they lied.  But on the child endangerment, you went down to Delaware and here's the reason Delaware because, I think it's Beau Biden's charity, they have the strict, they have the tightest laws in the country for what I think or what informed, people either law enforcement EMTs, First Responders and teachers, Dr. Jill Biden. She wants to be called Dr. We’ll call her doctor. She's got a PhD in education. She falls under that category, 100% with her PhD in education.  And by the way, you guys just didn't make that up. You brought in outside, independent prosecutors, who prosecute these crimes, they went through the material and they came back to you and said, you guys have got to go turn this over immediately.

They said, there was a problem. You're obligated to report it.  We went down to report it.  We told the authorities what was on the device. They then hand it off to the FBI and basically this appears. There's no investigation. Nobody interviews, Beau’s daughter, to my understanding who was in some of those photos. 

This was completely insane, Steve.  The other thing I want to mention, Jim Polito has been on your show a number of times the attorney in on some of this stuff is represented the president. He sent a letter to the DIA, the CIA DOD demanding accountability of the 51 intelligence, operatives that basically lied about foreign intelligence creating, the laptop.

Where's the accountability on those people? Why has it there clearance has been stripped? Why haven't they been criminally prosecuted for violating classification issues.  This is, this is crazy and the more Elon Musk let’s out, this was a conspiracy between the FBI, DOJ, the DNC and the Biden Administration to keep this thing quiet.

I know you're going to be putting up a lot of information.  And Elon Musk said the second tranche is going to come, we don't know when it's going to come but Matt Taibbi has said the round two is going to come and we look for more meat on the bones because there's a lot here. Bernie, you're one of the unsung heroes in this because you did all the hard pick and shovel work of coordinating and making sure law enforcement had seen this and this thing was verified. Not one document we put out in that what September, October time frame from the laptop from hell, has ever been said to be phony.

I said this yesterday on Twitter.  Somebody owes you and owes Rudy Giuliani.  There’s a shit load of people that owe you and Rudy Giuliani some major apologies because they called us some major liars.

I'm just a front guy you and Costello, Bob Costello and Bernie Kerik are the heroes here because you guys did, people can't believe the amount of work that went on beforehand, even to get to the New York Post so that the post would take this seriously and they did, their lawyers or sophisticated, their forensics people are sophisticated, Miranda Divine, their editors all the way up the chain of command, they've been exonerated. Now you've seen the ugliness of what was going on at Twitter. Bernie, thank you so much.  You’re a hero and a patriot brother. Thank you, sir.
