How to Get Involved in Making America Great Again
Topic: Ideas of how to get more involved. July 4, 2024.
Dear War Room Posse,
I am writing this article for you and me to help answer the question, “What can I do?” It is a question that I have heard many people ask political commentators like Mark Levin, Seb Gorka or Rush when he was alive (RIP) on their radio shows. This question is asked at political events as well. However, I must admit that I have never been satisfied with the answers given. So, I decided to tackle the answer myself.
My goal is to help you and me answer the, “What Can I do?” question, so that we could be a force multiplier like Steve Bannon always encourages us to be. So, let me get started. I hope this helps.
Time
I think the first thing that that each of us needs to ask, is how much time do I have to contribute to the MAGA Movement (aka Saving America from the American Marxists, CCP, globalist etc.)?
I know that many of you are going to answer, “Well, I don't have that much extra time. I'm taking care of my mother and driving her to dialysis” or “I have kids that are in sports and activities and I'm constantly driving them around” or “I work two jobs. “It’s really hard to find the time to get involved.”
But just remember, most of us waste a lot of time on activities that aren’t making a difference in our lives or our future. How much time do we spend playing video games like Crush, watching Netflix movies or miniseries, scrolling on social media, watching sports etc? If you dissect your time and how you spend it, you will recognize that you do have more time than you think. Once you realize that you could squeeze out a few hours a week, if not more, on the MAGA Movement, then the goal is to focus on a few areas.
There are four areas that I believe we should all be spending our time on. They are: 1) Study the topic or topics with the goal of mastering them, 2) Share the information you’ve acquired on the topics, 3) Create Content, & 4) Take Action.
Select the Topic or Topics that are important to you.
Once you recognize that you do have time, now you must select the topics that are important to you. There are so many topics mentioned on War Room, Poso’s podcast, Charlie Kirk, Frank Gaffney, Seb Gorka’s shows and others that it’s hard to focus on all of them. Therefore, I recommend that you select one or two. If you’re married and your spouse is MAGA like you, then both of you can study different topics. And congrats.
Some of the topics that are on War Room are the following:
Illegal Immigration Transhumanism CCP
Biden Family Corruption Transgenderism Energy
Economy De dollarization Administrative State
Election Integrity COVID and the COVID Vaccine J6
Ukraine War and Corruption WHO World Economic Forum
Grooming Parental Rights American Marxism
Trump Accomplishments Biden Failures International Relations
Study Your Topic (s)
Once you select the topic or topics you wish to focus on, now you must STUDY them. That requires reading articles and books, watching videos/documentaries on them, or listening to podcasts. Follow the experts. Take notes of what you read and watch and put it in your own words. The more you can describe what you learned in your own words, the easier it will be for you to share the information and teach it to someone else.
You could listen to the videos while you are driving, waiting for your mom to get her dialysis or while you’re waiting for your daughter or son, who has practice or a game to play. I spend my drive time no matter where I go listening to talk radio, Bannon’s War Room and other shows like Human Events and Frank Gaffney’s. You could also get books on Audible. I listen to audible books when I’m cleaning or doing yard work. Imagine if you’re spending your Saturday cleaning how much information you could learn listening to content on your topic.
Don’t be intimidated because you don’t have a degree. I have a master’s and pursuing a second one and I still sometimes must reread paragraphs because I can’t remember what I read or I don’t understand it. I also like to take notes to comprehend the information more clearly. If you must reread it a couple of times, that’s okay. Furthermore, there are some good You Tube videos on how to take notes, how to study and how to remember information. Just look up, “How to remember information”, “how to take notes”, “how to study more effectively.”
Example Topic
For example, if you are focusing on illegal immigration you would want to follow Todd Bensman and read his book, Overrun: How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S. History, and his articles that you could find on the Center for Immigration Studies and the Federalist. You would also want to follow Ben Bergquam, Oscar Blue and the other people that have been reporting on the illegal immigrants crossing into our country. You might also follow James O’Keefe on his new site, Okeefe Media Group.com, who has highlighted this issue through his undercover reporting.
The goal is for you to be able to articulate to your neighbor, someone at the grocery store, your coworker, a family member, or on social media and be able to quickly relay to them important information about illegal immigration and how much its negatively impacting Americans. The number one thing you must do is to study the topic to the point where you could be on an elevator with someone for 30 seconds and get them to start thinking about the 10 million plus illegal immigrants that have crossed the border illegally under Biden and have them wonder who is paying for their housing, clothing, food, education of their children and their healthcare needs.
I was approached by a man who was in front of a Walmart asking for signatures for different petitions. He described one petition that he wanted me to sign about increasing funding for Medi-Cal (in CA). I responded, “Oh, more money to government so they could spend our money on illegal immigrants? No way. And Newsom just signed a bill that will allow illegal immigrants to be eligible for Medi-Cal.” He actually agreed with me and of course I didn’t sign the petition.
The more you study the topic the easier it will be to remember important details. Remember, to always apply the issue to how it will impact the person you’re talking to. I routinely say, “But if you’re here illegally I’m sure you good get better accommodation”.
Share
The goal of gathering information and learning is to spread the knowledge so that other people can share and learn as well. You might think that you don’t want to bother sharing because you don’t have a lot of followers. However, it only takes one person that is connected to another person that has thousands of followers. Brandon Straka became a force multiplier when a friend sent him a video about debunking allegations that Trump made fun of a disabled reporter. That was all it took for him to do further research and to switch from a Democrat to a MAGA Republican. You don’t need to be the next Brandon Straka, but you can be the person who helps create the next Brandon Straka.
Sharing requires that you join the different social media outlets. If you just subscribe to GETTR and Truth Social, you risk just sharing with people of like minds. However, you might share information on GETTR with the possibility that someone on GETTR decides to share it on X. I still recommend that you consider joining X, Instagram and YouTube.
I recommend that you share everything that you read and watch on your topic. It only takes a few seconds to share the information on your social media pages. If you read an article from the War Room, Epoch Times, National Pulse, Just the News, Revolver, or Gateway Pundit you might want to copy and paste a paragraph or two from the article on to the post with a link to the article. The reason is that many people don’t read articles. They just read the headlines. Here is an example.
I copied a paragraph that I thought had valuable information just in case people would just scroll without reading it.
Create Content
Creating content can be intimidating but it can also be fun. There are many ways to create content. You could be a writer, start your own podcast or video channel, or create short clips like a campaign ad. If you want to write but don’t think you have the skills just start with commenting on people’s posts. Look for, “How to…” on YouTube for help.
You don’t have to be an expert in vlogging or videography. However, if there is learning that is needed, YouTube has so many videos on how to create videos, how to start a podcast, how to write, remember things and make an impact.
Take Action
Taking action is everything that I mentioned and then some. You could locate the organizations in your neighborhood (i.e. Mom’s for Liberty, Tea Party, GOP, precinct strategy, Turning Point USA),
Become a Poll Watcher,
Attend city council meetings,
Join a Political Campaign and make phone calls or go door to door,
Run for Office,
Participate in political events that get you inspired and excited to become more involved,
Call you representatives,
Support America First Businesses,
Share Stories via social media platforms (don’t just hit like),
I hope this helps. If you have any ideas on what you do to make a difference, please let me know.
Thank you for reading. And Happy Independence Day.
